Johann has studied and taught Yoga since 1990.
He is trained in the Sivananda Yoga style, an integral style, a pioneering branch of classical yoga adopted for use in the West during the previous century.
It's approach is holistic; exercises that incorporates efficient breathing, deep release relaxation and non-religious specific meditation. The physical
practice is accessible, non-gymnastic, yet challenging. Its dynamic, flow format provides a sound work-out, and therapeutically enhances general vitality.
Being Yoga Studio is a serene, light and airy space with windows overlooking lovely oak trees.
