Yoga therapy (remedial yoga) and counselling, is specially usefully to the handicapped, those who cannot attend group classes, for health or other reasons, and those seeking body-mind-spirit solutions to problems.

Yoga is an excellent technique to be used as a basis for personal training.
Yoga is also most efficiently taught on a one-to-one basis.

Personal classes or small groups (3 - 4 students), on a regular or once-off basis by arrangement.
