Individual training

Yoga is taught most efficiently on a one-to-one basis.
Personal attention to detail allows for:

● Individual-specific attention
● Effective correction and practice adjustment throughout a session
● More rapid development than in regular classes
● Session times adjusted to suit the clients schedule

Introducing the beginner

A once-off personal session is recommended for new students
and particularly those in need of rehabilitation or suffering chronic ailments - see the introductory special and rates further below
The beginner is shown the principles of Yoga, specific challenges and areas to be improved upon are identified, and an awareness of how to do this is established.

Personal training/Execufit

For those who prefer an individual attention and set a high standard of personal care for themselves.
Ideal for those who work hard, play hard and wants to look good at it.
Yoga is an excellent tool with powerful techniques suitable for personal training across the board.

Yoga Masterclass

Taking training to the next level includes a greater understanding of yogi metaphysics and paying greater attention to details
the bigger picture concept is as important as the streamlining of a sequence. Our personal growth is often well-served by an objective observer.

Yoga and Well-being therapy

An individual assessment is made and self-help skill are taught based on yoga therapy (remedial yoga). Methods includes hands-on yoga physiotherapy and counseling. Remedial yoga treats the whole being to and assist with reduction of all ailments; to improve sleep, reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, enhance weight loss etc. Especially useful for those who cannot attend group classes for health or other reasons, and for those seeking holistic body-mind-spirit solutions to chronic problems.

Rates

Sessions are 60 minutes long.

● 1 once-off for new Being Yoga students = R200
● Second session follow-up if required R300

● 1 = R350
● 1 - 3 = R340 /hour (within a 10 day period)
● 4 - 6 = R310 /hour (recommended 2 /week over 2 or 3 weeks)
● 7 - 12 = R280 /hour (regular 1 or 2 /week)
● 13 or more = R260 /hour (regular 1 or 2 /week)

A course of 6 sessions, 2 /week over 3 weeks, or over one month, twice/week is the recommended minimum to achieve the most effective result
or when major adjustments to posture, breathing etc. are required.

Cancellation policy:
A cancellation fee is 50% of session with notification less than 24 hour in advance of session.

Table stretch with assistance

(Above) Simple, easy-to-do stretches that may be done anywhere, anytime reduce physical body stress
to help you feel more relaxed even under the toughest circumstances. The Table Stretch is particularly
accessible and effective. Here a student at a corporate workshop puts a stretch into practice at the desk with
assistance from Johann.
