Subtitled 'In the Spirit of Yoga' this excellent little book by Johann Kotze, complete with accompanying CD, lays the foundations for understanding what yoga is al about, regardless of the specific style or traditional variant of yoga one may be interested in or wishing to practice. For the author there are five keys, as his title suggests, which underpin yoga and also well-being. These are good posture, effective breathing, effective mobility, relaxation and stress management, and body-mind-spirit integration into a holistic lifestyle. Easily absorbed, simply put together and clearly explained, this little book can be carried in the pocket or handbag, or left in one's meditation/yoga space ready for the next session. Excellent.
