    ● Module 1- 3 are suitable for persons of all physical ability or level of fitness.
    ● Module 4 Requires a reasonable level of flexibility and strength.

  • Five Keys to Well-being stage presentation at Cape Town Convention Center,
    part of the Natural and Organic fair. Friday 12 October, Saturday 13 October and Sunday 14 October 2007: 10:30 – 10:45

    A striking, inspiring audio-visual production of 10 minutes that vividly portrays the importance of mobility and supple strength based on good posture and breathing for physical comfort. Dynamic spiritual awareness is portrayed by an evocative soundtrack with big-screen projection of body-mind-spirit images and nature. A brief but impressive display of challenging yoga poses in a flow sequence adds to the entertainment value of the Five Keys to Well-being, based on Johann's book, CD and DVD of the same title. Join Amanda Botha in conversation with three inspiring authors: Petra Müller introduces 'Night Crossing', her first volume of English poetry, “a close weave of love-lyric, confession, lament, myth and counter-myth”; Marthie Momberg explains her writing as a search for self-understanding; Johann Kotze talks about his interest in finding a practical and spiritual lifestyle. Johann is the author of 'Five Keys to Well-being', a book that combines the cornerstones of yoga practice with classic body-mind techniques.
